Return & Refund Policy

All sales at The Motel by Abdel are final, except where applicable consumer law gives you a right to cancel, return goods, or receive a refund. We do not offer voluntary returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind beyond those legal rights.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your dispatch arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact frontdesk@tmba.club with your order number and photographs where possible so we can resolve the issue.

If your dispatch has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription before your next billing date to stop future renewals. Cancelling does not automatically refund orders already paid for, except where required by law.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights and rights relating to faulty or incorrectly described goods.
